At Template Hub, we sell digital products such as video templates, presets, LUTs, transitions, and motion graphics.

Because all products are delivered digitally and become instantly accessible after purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

No Refund Policy

• All purchases made on Template Hub are final and non-refundable.
• Once a digital file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, it cannot be returned.
• Refunds will not be provided for:
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong purchase
  • Lack of software compatibility (please check requirements before purchase)
  • Failure to read product descriptions

Exceptions

A replacement or assistance may be provided only if:

• The purchased file is corrupted
• Download link is broken
• Incorrect product was delivered
